Advanced Medical Billing Systems endorses a “compliance
approach” in all phases of the company’s operations. Our
goal is to obtain for our clients the full patient care
reimbursement to which they are legally and ethically
entitled, and to always do so in a manner that complies with
both the letter and the spirit of all applicable regulations
and guidelines.
The compliance and HIPPA privacy programs are under
the leadership of the company President, an experienced
member of senior management. The program has been
designed viewing the guidelines that have been established
by the “Compliance Program Guidance for Third-Party
Medical Billing Companies” issued by the Office of the
Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human
Services, relevant HIPPA, CMS guidelines and regulations.
