We assign a representative to each practice allowing us to offer
consistency and relationship building among the client, patient,
adjuster, and provider.
Our success starts by first thoroughly understanding what needs to
be done, having the right people and technology in place, and then
consistently executing these fundamentals. We understand that
each of our clients has specific needs; we are the first medical
billing company to use a unique concept that gives the Doctor
control of the billing segment of their practice (“in house yet
outsourced”). We customize our services to meet your needs and
develop procedures specific to your account. Once on board, a
representative will visit your office and spend time with your staff,
observing and understanding your office strategy. The
representative will then implement an effective segment of your
overall medical office team. Your representative will meet on a
monthly basis with your office manager and or yourself to review
the new billing segment of your practice. If questions or concerns
arise, you will be directed to your representative that is responsible
for your practice. Theoretically, we employ them, but they work
exclusively for you.
Upon receipt of your practice encounter forms, you can rest assured
that it will be processed within twenty-four hours,then tracked and
called on if it hasn’t been paid within two weeks. We have the
systems and managerial controls in place so that our clients can
rest assured that someone is paying attention to their account, in
depth, everyday. We trust that our tenacious commitment to
